At just 17 years old, Gisella Colletti has already carved out a reputation as one of Australia’s most fearless and soulful new voices, captivating hearts across the nation through her Australian Idol performances in 2025.

Hailing from Perth, Western Australia, she has been singing since childhood, but her big break came when legendary performer Marcia Hines plucked her from obscurity, personally inviting her to audition at her concert in front of a packed auditorium. From that moment, Gisella earned glowing praise week after week for her powerhouse vocals.

Freshly graduated from high school, Gisella is now stepping confidently into the next chapter of her career as singer / songwriter. Her debut single, an emotional pop-R&B ballad, was released in October 2025, with its live premiere on Telethon (Channel 7), marking the start of her journey as an artist in her own right.

Gisella made it all the way to the Finale coming third overall next to iilysh Retallick and Marshall Hamburger.
